Where a request is complex or winluck receives a high volume of requests, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to you. winluck reserves the right to decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or that would require disclosure of third-party personal data.
The winluck Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. winluck does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If winluck becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will be forfeited.
